Free Purchase Protection Plan Details

What is covered by the 14 day CoziCove Purchase Protection Plan:

  • Your item arrived damaged
  • Your item arrived defective. For printed products, there is a tolerance of 0.5" for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.
  • Your order does not match the item description or photos. Actual product may vary slightly from photos due to manufacturing or differences in suppliers. This is not a cause for returning items.
  • You received the wrong item (item is not what you ordered)
  • Your item didn't arrive or was lost in the mail. Our shipping partners use industry standard delivery verification methods. To prevent fraud and scam, in most cases, we will use their records to determine whether you received your item(s) or not.

In these cases, CoziCove offers you the option of a free exchange or full refund if you contact us within 14 days of product delivery. You can submit a request for refund or exchange at the link below.

What is NOT covered:

  • You ordered the wrong size
  • You ordered the wrong color
  • You simply changed your mind
  • You provided us with the wrong shipping address

In these cases, or any other case not specifically listed in the "What is covered..." section above, CoziCove cannot provide refunds, returns or exchanges.
